pluriMate separation tubes

pluriSelect pluriMate separation tubes for density gradient centrifugation. In combination with density gradient media, optimal for the separation of leukocytes and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from whole blood and bone marrow. pluriMate and TwinSpin eliminate the time-consuming and tedious layering of the separation medium with sample material. During centrifugation, leukocytes, lymphocytes and PBMCs are separated from unwanted cell populations, depending on the density gradient medium.
