Details, Streck RNA Complete blood collection tubes
Streck - RNA Complete BCT(Blood Collection Tubes) are used for direct venous blood collection and stabilisation of cell-free RNA (cf-RNA) and extracellular vesicles (EVs), such as exosomes. Venous whole blood samples can be collected, stabilised and transported directly in the tubes. The isolated cf-RNA or extracellular vesicles can be used in numerous downstream applications such as qualitative and quantitative real-time PCR, droplet digital PCR, next-generation sequencing and nanoparticle tracking analysis.

Sample stability
Maintains the original concentration of cf-RNA and EVs for up to 7 days at room temperature, eliminating the need for immediate plasma processing.

Maintaining sample integrity
The tube contains a preservative that limits the breakdown of white and red blood cells, minimizes haemolysis and maximizes plasma yield.
