Details, Streck Cyto-Chex® tubes
Cyto-Chex® BCT tubes are used for direct venous blood sampling. The preservative protects cell morphology and the expression of surface antigens, including cluster of differentiation (CD) markers, from analysis by flow cytometry. Whole blood samples collected in Cyto-Chex® BCT can be stored at room temperature for up to 14 days without compromising the integrity of the cells.
