1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is pluriSelect Life Science UG (limited liability) & Co. KG, Deutscher Platz 5a, 04103 Leipzig, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "pluriSelect").

2. Eligibility to Participate

All adult natural persons as well as companies, research institutions, and other legal entities who sign up for our newsletter for the first time are eligible to participate. Existing newsletter subscribers are excluded from the promotion. Employees of pluriSelect Life Science UG (limited liability) & Co. KG and affiliated companies are excluded from participation.

3. Participation and Receipt of Discount Code

Participation is through:

• Entering your email address in the newsletter registration form at www.pluriselect.com
• Confirmation of registration via the confirmation link in the automatically sent email (double opt-in procedure)

Only after successful double opt-in confirmation will you receive the personal discount code automatically sent to you by email. The dispatch usually takes place within a few minutes after confirmation.

4. Value and redemption of the discount code

The discount code grants a discount of 10% on the value of goods of your next order in our online shop at www.pluriselect.com.

The discount is granted on the net goods value (before shipping costs and before VAT for B2B orders with VAT identification number).

Redemption is done by entering the code in the designated field in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

5. Validity

The discount code is valid for 90 days from the time of receipt. After this period, the code expires without replacement. An extension or reactivation is not possible.

6. Redemption conditions

• The code is redeemable once and can only be used once per person or company
• The code is personalized and not transferable to third parties
• A combination with other discount promotions, vouchers, or price promotions is excluded
• The code is not applicable to already reduced items applicable
• The code is exclusively valid in the online shop at www.pluriselect.com redeemable; redemption for phone orders, via email, or through sales representatives is not possible
• There is no minimum order value
• The code applies to the entire product range unless expressly stated otherwise

7. No cash payout

A cash payout of the discount value or a payout in any other form is excluded. The code cannot be converted into credit or offset against existing credit.

8. Cancellation and return

In the event of a cancellation or return of the order made with the discount code, the discount benefit will be taken into account for the refund. A refund of the actual amount paid will be made. A discount code that has already been redeemed will not be reactivated.

If only part of the order is returned and the remaining order value does not significantly fall below the original promotional value, the discount on the remaining items remains.

9. Cancellation of newsletter subscription

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time without affecting an already sent and still valid discount code. You can also redeem the code after unsubscribing from the newsletter within the validity period.

Note: If you unsubscribe from the newsletter and later resubscribe, you will not be entitled to a welcome discount again.

10. Abuse

pluriSelect reserves the right to block individual discount codes, cancel orders, or exclude individuals from the promotion in case of suspected abusive use – particularly through multiple registrations under different email addresses, automated registrations, or other dishonest practices.

11. Change and Termination of the Promotion

pluriSelect reserves the right to terminate, change, or suspend this promotion at any time without giving reasons. Already issued and valid discount codes can still be redeemed within their validity period.

12. Data Protection

The personal data collected in the context of the newsletter registration and discount code issuance will be processed exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion is Leipzig, Germany.

14. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be wholly or partially ineffective or become so, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective provision, an effective regulation shall apply that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision.
