pluriBead universal cell separation
pluriBeads Universal have been developed for use with any antibody. The beads are modified with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies produced from the serum of a host animal.
pluriBead ist eine nicht-magnetische Zellseparationsmethode, die bis zu 3*10^7 Targets pro Separation fängt. Da mit den pluriBeads bei Raumtemperatur oder physiologischen Bedingungen (ca. 37°C) gearbeitet werden kann, wird der Zellstress sehr gering gehalten. Eine zeitaufwendige Probenvorbereitung ist nicht erforderlich -pluriBeads können direkt mit allen biologischen Lösungen gemischt werden.
